Shankar software has not released version 30.2.0 of their Shankar Branch Accounting Inventory Software.
This version was not released because the changes to the Veena HAT RDBMS is not complete. We are almost done converting the row oriented database to a hybrid row+column oriented database. We will complete the change, test it and definitely release version 30.3.0 next week.
This software is especially suitable for automatic branch syncronization and management. The software can transmit and consolidate data from multiple branches, sites, factories over the internet and make branch management simpler.

Shankar software has not released version 30.1.0 of their Shankar Branch Accounting Inventory Software.
This version was not released because we are working on changing the Veena HAT RDBMS on which the software is based from being a row oriented database to a hybrid row+column oriented database. Column orientation is expected to speed up the software by 10 or hundred times. This change was too big to be done in a week. We will release version 30.2.0 next week.

Shankar software has released version 30.0.0 of their Shankar Branch Accounting Inventory Software.
This version fully completed the work of supporting mutiple multicore processors and interlacing of long queries with short queries, so that long time hogging queries do not hold up queries with short processing times. Though we have been building 64 bit for many years, this was the first version to be released in 64 bit flavours.
